Bee Balm
Monarda'Feuerschopf'
Bee Balm has to be one of the best all→aroud plants there is.
You seldom have to water it once established and it does very well without any plant food.
As of yet, this is the only Bee Balm I offer for sale; later in the year should be different though!
Care for Bee Balm Monarda 'Feuerschopf'
- Full Sun
- Well Drained Soil
- Water until established
Typically Bee Balm does best in Full Sun with Well Drained soil.
Water regularly until the plants are well established (showing many signs of new growth).
One can use an all purpose fertilizer just as they would on their other perennials.
Be sure to mulch!
Very prolific. Deadhead if you do not want many seedlings next season.
Pinching the top growth of the plants when they are young will help them to form a nicer, more compact bush type appearance.
This plant attracts bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and many other beneficial insects.
